Get Around Vietnam respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. This Copyright Policy outlines our policies and procedures regarding copyright infringement and the removal of infringing content from our website and services (“Services”).
1. Copyright Infringement Notification
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied or used in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please submit a written notification to our designated Copyright Agent, which includes the following information:

- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with information reasonably sufficient to allow us to locate the material.

- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

- Please note that this procedure is exclusively for notifying Get Around Vietnam of alleged copyright infringement. Any other inquiries or requests will not receive a response through this process.
2. Repeat Infringers
In accordance with applicable laws, Get Around Vietnam has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to our Services for users who infringe any intellectual property rights, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
3. Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content has been removed from our Services due to a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification to our Copyright Agent, which includes the following information:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access was disabled. - A statement that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in Vietnam, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original copyright infringement notification.

4. Modifications to This Copyright Policy
We may update our Copyright Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated Copyright Policy on this page and updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Copyright Policy.
